正期産で単胎を出産し，産後1ヶ月を経過した健診もしくは育児サークルに参加した女性。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

骨盤底筋を収縮させることにより疼痛等の問題が生じる可能性がある女性や，骨盤底筋力に影響を及ぼす可能性が高い疾患や要因を持っている女性。

Women who may have problems, such as pain due to pelvic floor muscle contraction, or have diseases or factors that are likely to affect pelvic floor muscle strength are included.

主な結果/Results

日本語
研究参加した者はアニメーション群36名（Aグループ）、リーフレット群30名であり、介入前はAグループとLグループの群間比較で骨盤底筋力、骨盤底筋収縮、ICIQ-SFに有意差はなかった（p＝.264～.988）。介入後の群間比較ではAグループはLグループよりも骨盤底筋力、骨盤底筋収縮、ICIQ-SFの全ての項目において有意に差が認められた（p<.000）。

A total of 36 and 30 subjects were enrolled in groups A and L, respectively.Prior to the intervention, there were no differences in pelvic floor muscle strength, contraction of the pelvic floor muscle, or ICIQ-SF between the groups (p=0.264-0.988). Following the intervention, there were significant differences in pelvic floor muscle strength, contraction of the pelvic floor muscle, and ICIQ-SF between the groups (p<0.000).

骨盤底筋力をPMTトレーナーで、骨盤底筋収縮（安静時と収縮における膀胱底挙上距離）を超音波診断装置、尿失禁症状をICIQ-SF、継続率で評価した。

We measured the pelvic floor muscle strength using a pelvic muscle trainer and the degree of pelvic floor muscle contraction using ultrasound. We also measured the degree of urinary incontinence using the persistence rate and the International Consultation of Incontinence Questionnaire Short Form.
