食事調査や生体組織中の食事成分の測定値から判る食の摂取状況と、健康状態に関連する生体マーカー（LBP濃度など）や健診の測定値との関係（年に１回測定する地域住民の健診データを解析する。解析対象期間は2015年～2021年。）

Relationships between dietary intake determined by a food frequency questionnaire and internal levels of food ingredients and levels of measurements and biomarkers (e.g., lipopolysaccharide-binding protein (LBP)) related to health condition. (The data obtained at an annual health check-up between 2015 to 2021 for local residents will be analyzed.)
