選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1.脳梗塞および脳出血
2.脳卒中発症後1ヶ月以上
3.認知症(Mini-Mental State Examinationが21点未満)や失語症などの高次脳機能障害がない
4.自転車エルゴメータ運動を5分以上継続できる
5.遠位監視にて転落の危険なく安全に自転車エルゴメータ運動ができる
6.日常のリハビリテーションにおいて自転車エルゴメータ運動を行っている
7.入院から1週間以上経過している
8.研究参加の同意が得られる

1. Stroke patients
2. More than one month after stroke onset
3. A Mini Mental Status Examination score of >20 points. No higher brain dysfunction including aphasia
4. Patients who can use a bicycle ergometer more than 5 min.
5. Patients who can use a bicycle ergometer safely without risk of falling.
6. Patients who use a bicycle ergometer in their daily rehabilitation program
7. Patients who enter hospital more than one week
8. Patients who agree to participate in this study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.日本リハビリテーション医学会が定めるリハビリテーション中止基準に該当する
2.運動課題の遂行を制限する関節拘縮、整形外科的疾患、疼痛を有する
3.脳卒中以外の神経疾患を有する
4.研究への協力が困難な精神疾患を有する
5.医師が研究対象として適当でないと判断した者

1. Patients who meet withdraw criteria proposed by the Japanese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine
2. Patients who have arthrogryposis, orthopedic disease or pain that prevent them to perform motor tasks used in the study.
3. Patients who have neurological disease other than stroke
4. Patients who have psychiatric disease
5. Patients who are considered to be inappropriate to participate in the study
