通常の分層メッシュ植皮を行う群と、表皮・真皮懸濁液を付加した群を術前にランダムに分け、その術後経過を観察・比較し、分層メッシュ植皮における表皮・真皮懸濁液付加の上皮化促進効果を検証する。
