本研究の目的は、骨軟部腫瘍患者の手術時に切除した腫瘍組織・腫瘍細胞に対して、光免疫療法を実施し、骨軟部腫瘍に対する光免疫療法の治療効果を検証することである。

The purpose of this study is to perform photoimmunotherapy (PIT) on tumor tissues and tumor cells resected during surgery in patients with bone and soft tissue sarcoma and to verify the therapeutic effect of PIT on bone and soft tissue sarcoma.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

原発性骨軟部腫瘍の切除術を実施した際に切除した腫瘍組織に対して、光免疫療法の効果を検討する。光免疫療法の効果に関しては、光免疫療法後の腫瘍細胞の生存細胞数、移植した腫瘍組織のサイズを統計学的に解析する。

The effect of photoimmunotherapy (PIT) on the tumor tissue resected when the primary bone and soft tissue tumor was resected will be examined. Regarding the effect of PIT, the number of surviving tumor cells after photoimmunotherapy and the size of transplanted tumor tissue are statistically analyzed.

手術時に採取した腫瘍細胞を培養し、培養細胞に対してＩｎ　ｖｉｔｒｏおよびマウスを用いた動物実験により、光免疫療法の効果を確認する。
