選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 登録時の年齢が 20 歳以上、80歳以下のもの。
2) 組織学的に食道癌または食道胃接合部癌と診断されているもの。
3) Stage I～Ⅲ食道癌であるもの。
4) 食道および食道胃接合部切除術を予定待機しているもの。
5)　独歩にて退院が可能なもの。
6）試験参加について患者文書で同意が得られるもの。

英語
1) Age, 20 years old or older and 80 years old or younger
2) Histologically diagnosed as esophageal cancer or esophagogastric junction cancer.

3) Stage I-III Esophageal cancer.

4) Planed to resection.

5) Patients who can walk independently at discharge

6)Patients who gained consent to participate in research

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 活動性の重複がんを有するもの。
2) 食道癌の治療歴（ただし、内視鏡治療は除く）があるもの。
3) 緊急手術症例であるもの。
4) 手術所見でR1またはR2切除となったもの。
5) 四肢麻痺等の合併症により活動制限があるもの。
6) インスリン、ワーファリンを服用しているもの。
7) 認知症、精神病又は精神症状により適切に同意を得られないと考えられるもの。
8) 筋弛緩作用のある睡眠薬等を服用しているもの
9）その他、試験担当医師が試験参加に不適当と判断するもの

1) With another active cancer.

2) With history of treatment for esophageal cancer (excluding endoscopic treatment).

3) Emergency surgery.

4) Not curative resection.

5) With activity restrictions
6) Taking insulin and warfarin.

7) Unable to obtain appropriate consent due to dementia, mental illness or psychiatric symptoms.

8)Patients who take hypnotic with muscle relaxant effect

9)Inappropriate for participating
