1．血液維持透析を受けている患者

1．経皮的冠動脈形成術不成功
2．術後30日以内の死亡

主な結果/Results

日本語
中央値30ヵ月の追跡期間中に、55人の患者にMACEが発生した。MACEが発生した患者では、スタチン治療が有意に少なかった（P < 0.001）。多変量Cox比例ハザード解析では、スタチン投与患者はMACE発生率を有意に減少させた（調整ハザード比0.30 [0.11-0.81], P = 0.02）。臨床因子の有無による転帰の層別解析では、スタチンの有益な効果は、男性、高齢者、低体重指数、低腹囲、高血圧、糖尿病、高C反応性蛋白、症候性心不全、低左室機能、非急性冠症候群、ステント長の短さと関連することが明らかにされた。

MACE occurred in 55 patients. Patients with MACE had significantly lower statin therapy. Multivariable Cox proportional hazards analysis showed that the patients on statins had significantly reduced rate of MACE occurrence.
