日本語
持続血糖測定器を用いた血糖動態の記録・把握、スマートフォンのアプリを用いた食事記録管理に加えて、従来の管理栄養士による面談式栄養指導を組み合わせたハイブリッド型栄養指導が糖代謝異常合併妊婦の血糖管理、食事療法の理解促進、患者負担軽減、更には周産期予後に繋がるか検討する。

In this study, we will examine whether hybrid nutritional guidance using a continuous glucose meter and dietary record management via a smartphone application and by dietitians, in pregnant women with glucose metabolic disorder.

②周産期における体重の変化
③周産期における食事療法遵守率の変化
④周産期における糖尿病領域質問表(Problem Area in Diabetes Survey: PAID)、糖尿病治療満足度質問表（DTSQ）、糖尿病食事関連QOL尺度(Diabetes Diet-related Quality of Life Scale: DDRQOL)の変化
⑤周産期予後およびCGM装着による皮膚障害を含めた有害事象

研究期間に北里大学病院内分泌代謝内科で加療を行った糖代謝異常合併妊婦（妊娠糖尿病、糖尿病合併妊婦）を対象とする。糖代謝異常の病型は問わない。

Pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism, GDM and pregnant women with diabetes, were treated at the Kitasato University Hospital during this study period.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

②他のうめ込式医療機器（ペースメーカーなど）を使用中の患者
③インスリンポンプ使用患者
④研究責任医師、研究分担者が本研究への参加について適切でないと判断したもの
