除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①歯状線や吻合部近傍の病変の患者
②回腸末端におよぶ病変の患者
③未成年（20歳未満）の患者
④妊娠中の患者
⑤その他、研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した患者
⑥大きさが70mm以上の病変の患者

抗血栓薬は15人（45.5％）に投与されていた。切除標本長径:median 2.6(interquartile range [IQR], 2.3－3.0)cm

The subjects included 23 males and 10 females. Fifteen (45.5%) of the 33 patients received oral antithrombotic agents and 3 patients (9.1%) received direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs).

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

対象者は2020年5月～2021年9月までに市立函館病院で大腸ESDを施行し、D-L clipsテクニックによる縫縮方法を施行した患者であった。

A total of 34 patients were enrolled from May 2020 and September 2021 at Hakodate Municipal Hospital. After the exclusion of one patient with noncompletion of ESD (n = 1), 33 patients were analyzed.

有害事象/Adverse events

縫縮時間:median 18(IQR, 14－19)min、遅発性偶発症はPost-ESD coagulation syndromeの1例のみであった。

PECS occurred in one patient (3.0%), and there was no DB or delayed perforation in any of the patients. Hematochezia that does not fit the definition of DB occurred in one patient (3.0%).
