筑波大学に所属する健康な成人男女 で、慢性身体疾患がない者
本試験の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、書面で本試験参加に同意できる者

Individuals belonging to University of Tsukuba who are healthy and not suffered from a chronic malady.
Individuals whose written informed consent has been obtained.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

食物アレルギーがある者
喫煙習慣のある者
試験食に含まれている成分が含まれる製品を日常的に摂取している者

英語
Individuals who have possibility of allergy symptoms onset by the test food and who cause allergic symptoms in foods and medicines.
Individuals who are a smoker.
Individuals who have a habit to ingest food containing test food ingredients on a daily basis.
