選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
１)肺静脈隔離術を主体としたカテーテルアブレーション治療の既往があり症状を有する心房細動の患者。
２)前回のアブレーション治療から組み入れまでに心房細動が記録されていること。
３）抗不整脈薬抵抗性、もしくは抗不整脈を内服する意思がない。

1) patients, having histories of prior catheter ablation (mainly PV isolation), with Symptomatic atrial fibrillation.
2) Documentation of AF between the previous session and the enrollment of the study.
3) Refractory or intolerent to antiarrhythmic drugs.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１） 過去のアブレーション治療で肺静脈隔離が達成されていない
２） 左房径が6.1 cm以上（傍胸骨長軸像で計測）
３） 左室駆出率が35％未満
４） 重度の僧帽弁逆流症を認める。
５） 僧帽弁膜症に対して弁置換術（機械弁）がされている。
６） 経胸壁エコー、経食道エコーもしくはCTで心内血栓を認める。
７） 過去のアブレーション治療の影響で75%以上の肺静脈狭窄が指摘されている。
８） 生命予後が2年以内と推測される。
９） 脳卒中予防のための長期の経口凝固療法ができない。
１０）未治療の甲状腺機能亢進症もしくは機能症
１１） 末期腎不全患者（eGFR 15未満もしくは透析療法を必要とする）

2)Left atrial size > 6.1 cm (Anterior-Posterior Dimension)
3)LVEF <35 %
4)Severe mitral regurgitation
5)Prior mitral valve surgery with mechanical valve replacement
6)Intracardiac thrombus present on pre-procedure TTE, TEE. or CT
7)Preexisting severe pulmonary vein stenosis (>75% narrowing)
8)Comorbidity with life-expectancy < 2 years
9)Unable to be on anticoagulation for the purpose of stroke prevention
10)Untreated thyroild dysfunction
11)End-stage renal disease (eGFR<15 or requirement of hemodialysis)
