骨・軟部組織損傷（骨折、軟骨障害、靭帯損傷、腱付着部症、肉離れ等）と診断された方を対象に診療記録および組織検体の解析を行う。
診療で得られた臨床情報として、患者背景（年齢、性別、身長、体重、飲酒歴、喫煙歴、既往歴、運動歴、内服歴等）、画像所見（レントゲン、CT、MRI、超音波検査等）、検査所見（血液検査、尿検査、骨密度検査、病理組織像等）などを収集する。
