選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・固形がんの初回化学療法又は再発化学療法初回の患者
・Eastern Cooperative Oncology Groupパフォーマンスステータス(PS)4の患者
・自由意思による研究参加の同意を本人から文書で取得可能な患者
・同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上の患者

Patients undergoing first-line chemotherapy or first-line.
recurrent chemotherapy for solid cancer
Patients with Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status 4.
Patients for whom free and voluntary consent to participate in research can be obtained in writing from the individual.
Patients aged 18 years or older at the time of obtaining consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・化学療法投与前にCTCAE grade2以上の副作用を有していた患者
・高齢者機能評価表を適正に記載できない患者(認知症等)
なお、同居する家族が回答できる場合は、除外しない。

Patients with CTCAE grade 2 or higher side effects prior to chemotherapy administration.
Patients who are unable to properly complete the elderly functional assessment chart(dementia, etc.)
If a family member who lives with the respondent can answer the question, the respondent is not excluded.
