選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1.2018年4月1日～2021年9月30日の間に人工股関節置換術または人工膝関節置換術の手術を受けた患者
2.術前3か月～術後1か月の間に歯科（歯科口腔外科）を受診し口腔診査およびパノラマ線検査または全歯のデンタルＸ線検査を受けた患者。
3.術後最低3か月以上の経過が明らかな患者。

1. Patients who underwent Total Joint Arthroplasty between April one 2018 and September 30 2021.
2. Patients who underwent oral examination and Panoramic or dental X-ray at Dentistry (Dentistry and Oral Surgery) and between 3 months before surgery and 1 month after surgery.
3. Patients who have been followed up for at least 3 months after surgery.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 診療録の記載が不十分で口腔所見や術後感染の状況が不明な患者。
2. 手術部位に感染が存在すると考えられる患者。

1. Patients whose oral findings and postoperative infection status are unknown because of insufficient described medical records
2. Patients who are considered to have an infection at the surgical site.
