回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院中の整形外科術後高齢者を対象とし、座位で簡易的に設定した上部・下部体幹回旋運動をそれぞれ行い、歩行速度との関連性を調査する

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.当院,回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院中の整形外科術後高齢患者（65歳以上）
2.10mを見守りで歩行可能なもの(杖の使用は認める）
3.両肩関節痛みなく90°以上屈曲できるもの
4.本人に直接文書同意が得られる場合

to our hospital, convalescent rehabilitation ward
2.those who can walk while watching over 10m (use of wand is allowed)
3.both shoulder joints that can bend 90or more without pain
4.when the person can directly obtain the written consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.研究内容や課題説明が理解できない者　
2.MMSE 20点以下で認知症の疑いがある者
3.胸腰椎圧迫骨折後、腰椎・胸椎の術後患者

1.those who do not understand the research content and problem explanation
2.those with MMSE of 20 points or less and suspected dementia
3.postoperative patients with lumbar and thoracic spine after compression fracture of thoracolumbar spine

横断研究
対象者の募集方法は2020年12月-2021年12月まで当施設の回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院中の患者で選択基準に合致した全員
測定項目は歩行速度、体幹回旋運動速度、下肢筋力、疼痛、機能的自立度評価、認知機能検査を測定する。

Cross-sectional study
The recruitment method is from December 2020 to December 2021. All patients in the convalescent rehabilitation ward of our facility who meet the selection criteria.
The measurement items are walking speed, trunk rotation speed, lower limb muscle strength, pain, functional independence measure, and cognitive function test.
