脳血流速度、血圧変動から脳血流変動の伝達度合、脳内酸素飽和度などを指標に、頭低位と高二酸化炭素の複合曝露により脳血流調節機能が用量依存性に減弱するか明らかにする。

The objective of this study is to test hypothesis that cerebral blood flow regulation is weakened dose-dependently by headward fluid shift and hypercapnia.

10分間の5,15,30度の頭低位中に二酸化炭素吸入を行た際の、中大脳動脈血流速度、血圧と脳血流速度の変動間の伝達関数解析の指標（ゲイン、コヒーレンス、位相）、脳内酸素飽和度の変化

Changes in middle cerebral artery blood velocity (MCAv), gain, coherence and phase between arterial blood pressure and MCAv during 10-min exposure to CO2 with head-down tilt (-5, 15, 30 degree)

循環器疾患がある。

Exclusion criterion includes failure to obtain CBF velocity signals from the right MCA by TCD and having medical history regarding cardiovascular health.
