遺伝子的背景の異なる妊娠可能年齢の女性が、葉酸サプリメント（プテロイルモノグルタミン酸型）を継続摂取した際に、DNAのメチル化に関わるメチル基を供給するワンカーボン代謝系がどのように変化するか、更に未代謝葉酸が増加するか否か、この代謝に係る中間代謝物の一括分析による評価を目的とした

研究参加同意取得時点で18歳以上25歳以下の女性

Females between the ages of 18 and 25 years old at the time of obtaining consent to participate in this study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)重篤な肝障害、腎・心疾患、肺、消化器（胃切除を含む）、臓器障害、糖尿病、食物アレルギー疾患、その他重篤な疾患に既往、罹患している者
2)本研究で対象としている検査値に影響を及ぼす可能性がある医薬品（脂質代謝、葉酸代謝）を摂取している者
3)妊娠中・授乳中の者、およびその予定のある者
4)収縮期血圧が90 mmHg未満の者
5)本研究開始前月から研究開始までに成分献血あるいは全血200 mL採血を行った者
6)本研究開始4ヶ月前の月から研究開始までに全血400 mL採血を行った女性
7)本研究開始12ヶ月前の月から研究開始までの採血量に、本研究の予定総採血量を加えると800 mLを超える女性
8)他の治験または研究に参加している者、あるいは治験または研究終了4週間以内の者
9)BMI30以上の者

1) Suffering from or history of serious hepatic disorder, renal, cardiac, pulmonary, or gastrointestinal (including gastrectomy) disease, diabetes, food allergy, or other serious disease
2) Taking medications which are related to lipid and/or folate metabolism that may affect outcomes in this study.
3) Pregnant, lactating women, or planning to become pregnant.
4) Systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg
5) Donated component blood or 200 mL of whole blood drawn for one month prior to the start of this study
6) 400 mL of whole blood drawn for 4 months prior to the start of this study
7) 800 mL of whole blood drawn for 12 months prior to the start of this study
8) Participating other clinical trials, or within 4 weeks of completion of the clinical trial
9) BMI of 30 or higher
