胃腸疾患によく使用されている足三里（場所：下腿前面、腓骨頭の直下と脛骨粗面下端との中間、前脛骨筋中）や腹部の部位）、上カン（場所：上腹部、前正中線上、臍中央の上方5寸）・中カン（場所：上腹部、前正中線上、臍中央の上方４寸）・下カン（場所：上腹部、前正中線上、臍中央の上方2寸）の経穴は、鍼刺激や灸刺激による体性内臓反射による胃の収縮反応が起こっていることが言われているが、刺激部位がどのような状態になっているかは報告はされていない。
そこで今回は、飲食負荷することで胃の収縮を起こさせ場合、胃腸疾患でよく使われる経穴（足三里や上カン・中カン・下カン）の皮膚温度がどのように変化するかを検討する。また、胃の収縮が起こることで迷走神経反射が起こると予想されるので、皮膚血管が交感神経血管収縮のみである鼻部皮膚にも皮膚温度を測定する。

Therefore, this time, we will examine how the skin temperature of the acupuncture points (Zusanli and upper can-middle can-lower can), which are often used in gastrointestinal diseases, changes when the stomach contracts due to eating and drinking load. .. In addition, since it is expected that the stray nerve reflex occurs due to the contraction of the stomach, the skin temperature is also measured on the nasal skin where the skin blood vessels are only sympathetic nerve vasoconstriction.
