本研究への参加について患者本人の自由意志による文書での同意が得られた者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

研究の内容を理解し、同意を得ることができない患者
日常診療の範囲内で眼帯を装用する必要のない者
その他、研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断した患者
