選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
（1）スクリーニング時に脊椎症と診断され、臨床的に非ステロイド性抗炎症剤の治療適用となる者
（2）脊椎症に伴う上肢もしくは下肢の痛みを有し、スクリーニング前3ヶ月以上疼痛が継続している者
（3）同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の者
（4）本研究の手順を理解でき、補助なしで日本語の質問に対して適切に回答でき、研究参加に対して文書による同意が得られる者

(1) Patients diagnosed with spondylosis at the time of screening and clinically eligible for treatment with NSAIDs
(2) Patients who have pain in the upper or lower extremities caused by spondylosis and have been in pain for longer than 3 months prior to screening
(3) Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of consent
(4) Patients who understand the procedures of this study, can answer questions in Japanese appropriately without assistance, and can give written consent to participate in this study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)スクリーニング時に脊椎症以外で重度の疼痛を有し評価が困難と考えられる者
(2)痛みを有する骨折を合併している者
(3)重篤な肝疾患、腎疾患、心疾患を合併しており、本研究への参加が困難な者
(4)スクリーニング時に整形外科患者における精神医学的問題を知るための簡易問診票（BS-POP）で、医師用11点以上又は、医師用10点以上かつ患者用15点以上の者
(5)スクリーニング時もしくは研究登録時に研究責任医師又は研究分担医師が研究参加に不適と判断した者

(1) Patients who have severe pain other than spondylosis at the time of screening and are considered difficult to evaluate
(2) Patients with painful bone fractures
(3) Patients with serious hepatic, renal, or cardiac diseases that would make it difficult to participate in this study
(4) Patients who have Brief Scale for Psychiatric Problems in Orthopaedic Patients (BS-POP) score with 11 points or more for physicians, or with 10 points or more for physicians and 15 points or more for patients, at screening
(5) Patients who are judged unsuitable for participation in this study by the principal investigator or sub-investigator at the time of screening or study enrollment
