1. エクササイズ前後の身体柔軟性　（Finger floor distance、Straight leg raising）
2. エクササイズ前後の自覚的疲労度VASを評価
3. HAL装着下エクササイズ中のHALモニター解析（生体電位信号、アシストトルク、体幹角度）

2. evaluation of subjective fatigue level VAS before and after exercise
3. HAL monitor analysis during exercise with HAL (biopotential signal, assist torque, trunk angle)

HAL腰タイプを用いたエクササイズトレーニング
1. 端座位で骨盤前後傾を1分30秒繰り返す
2. 端座位から立ち上がりを1分30秒繰り返す
3. スクワット動作を10回x 3セット繰り返す。

Exercise training with HAL lumbar type
1. Repeat pelvic tilt forward and backward in sitting position for 1 minute and 30 seconds
2. Repeatedly stand up from sitting position for 1 minute and 30 seconds
3. Repeat 3 sets of 10 squats

HAL腰タイプを装着せずエクササイズトレーニング
1. 端座位で骨盤前後傾を1分30秒繰り返す
2. 端座位から立ち上がりを1分30秒繰り返す
3. スクワット動作を10回x 3セット繰り返す。

1. 本人よる文書同意が可能な健常者。
2. HALの装着が可能な健常者。

英語
1. A healthy subject who is able to give written consent.
2.A healthy subject who can wear HAL lumber type.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 皮膚疾患等により、HAL生体電極を貼付できない健常者。
2. 臨床試験責任医師または臨床試験分担医師が本試験への参加を不適切と判断した健常者。

1. A healthy subject who can not apply HAL bioelectrocodes due to skin disorders.
2. An individuals who are judged inappropriate for participation in this study.
