選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1.都農町在住の成人。
2.本調査実施年あるいは同年度に健康診査を受診あるいは受診予定で当該健診結果を提供することに同意できる者。
3.健康診査の血液データ等が都農町で管理されている場合、都農町健康管理センターを通して当該データを使用することに同意できる者。
4.自分の意思で調査票の回答ができる者（記入は本人以外でも可）。
5.本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解をした上で、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られる者。

1.Residents of Tsuno town.
2.Subjects who have received or are scheduled to undergo a health checkup in the same year or the same fiscal year of this survey and can agree to provide the results of the health checkup.
3.In the case that the results of the health checkup are managed by Tsuno town, subjects who can agree to use the data through the Tsuno town health management center.
4.Subjects who can answer the questionnaire voluntarily. 5.Subjects who agree to participate in this study with a written informed consent after receiving sufficient explanation of this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.本調査日に緊急対応を要する疾病を罹患していることが判明した者。
2.本調査日に新型コロナウイルス感染症の濃厚接触者あるいはその疑いとなり外出自粛となっている者。
3.認知障害がある又はその疑いのため、調査票の回答が困難な者。
4.妊娠中の者。
5.薬物依存またはその疑いのある者。
6.研究登録年度に健康診査の受診予定はなく、本研究のみに参加を希望する者。
7.その他、実施責任者あるいは分担研究者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者。

1.Subjects who are found to have an illness that requires emergency response on the day of this survey.
2.Subjects who have been in close contact with or are suspected of having novel coronavirus infection and are prohibited from going out on the day of this survey.
3. Subjects who have cognitive disorder or who have possibility of the disorder that make it difficult to complete the questionnaire.
4.Subjects who are pregnant.
5.Subjects who are drug dependence, subjects who are suspected of drug dependence.
6.Subjects who don't plan to undergo a health checkup in the year of study enrollment and wish to participate in this study only.
7.Subjects who are judges as unsuitable for this study by the principal investigator or subinvestigators.

・横断研究。
・2021年9月9日～2022年12月31日に宮崎県都農町に在住し、研究登録年あるいは同年度に健康診査を受診された者や受診予定の者を広く公募する。
・測定項目：研究対象者の基本情報（性別、年齢、住所）、調査票（基礎情報、喫煙状況、身体活動度、睡眠状況、生活の質(SF-8)、ストレス、ウォーカビリティ（ANEWS）、食事摂取状況（FFQ）、等）、身体計測（身長、体重、BMI、腹囲）、内臓脂肪面積、体組成（筋肉量、四肢骨格筋量、骨格筋量指数、脂肪量、体脂肪率）、握力、最終糖化産物、健診結果（血圧、血液・尿検査結果）。

-Cross-sectional study.
-From September 9, 2021 to December 31, 2022, we will be recruiting a wide range of eligible participants in Tsuno Town, Miyazaki Prefecture.
-Items to be measured: Basic information of the subjects (gender, age, address), questionnaire (basic information, smoking status, physical activity, sleep status, quality of life (SF-8), stress, walkability (ANEWS), dietary intake (FFQ), etc.), body measurements (height, weight, BMI, abdominal circumference), visceral fat area, body composition (muscle mass, extremity skeletal muscle mass, skeletal muscle mass index, fat mass, body fat percentage), grip strength, AGEs, health examination results (blood pressure, blood and urine test results).
