2. 1の家族に次の病気が主病名の者がいる
統合失調症、統合失調感情障害、双極性障害（躁うつ病）
神経性やせ症/神経性無食欲症
3. 2の者に対する1の続柄が以下のいずれか
父母、夫妻、兄弟姉妹
4. 2の病気に対する治療状況が以下のいずれか
現在、医療機関に定期通院中
現在、医療機関に入院中
定期通院はないが、調査日から1年以内に医療機関の受診歴あり

The inclusion criteria for the survey are family members who (1) are aged between 18 and 74 years; (2) have relatives diagnosed with SZ, SZA, BD, or AN; (3) are ill individuals' parents, siblings, or spouses; and (4) have relatives being treated through regular visits, being admitted to medical facilities, or having had the last visit to medical facilities within the past year.

調査日から1年より前に、最後の医療機関の受診歴あり
治療状況がわからない

The exclusion criteria are family members who (1) are not ill individuals' parents, siblings, or spouses and (2) have relatives having had the last visit to medical facilities before the past year or not knowing the treatment condition.
