2019年10月1日から12月31日および2020年10月1日から12月31日までに新潟大学医歯学総合病院高次救命災害治療センター・集中治療部、新潟県立新発田病院救命救急センター、新潟市民病院救命救急・循環器病・脳卒中センター、日本赤十字社長岡赤十字病院　救命救急センター、新潟大学地域医療教育センター魚沼基幹病院救命救急・外傷センター、新潟県立中央病院　救命救急センターに緊急入院した75歳以上の患者を対象とする。

Participating facilities include Niigata University Medical and Dental Hospital, Niigata Prefectural Niihata Hospital, Niigata City Hospital, Japanese Red Cross Society Nagaoka Red Cross Hospital, Niigata University Regional Medical Education Center Uonuma General Hospital, and Niigata Prefectural Central Hospital.
Patients aged 75 and over who were hospitalized in an emergency will be eligible.
The period will be from October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 and October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
