・藤田医科大学病院に受診している統合失調症および気分障害（双極性1障害、双極2型障害、大うつ病性障害）の患者
・過去にアクチグラフを用いた休息・活動リズム研究に参加した統合失調症および気分障害の患者（データの後方視的利用）

-Patients with schizophrenia and mood disorders (bipolar 1 disorder, bipolar 2 disorder, major depressive disorder) who are visiting Fujita Health University Hospital
-Patients with schizophrenia and mood disorders who participated in previous studies regarding rest-activity rhythm using actigraphy (retrospective use of data)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・強い希死念慮を持つ患者
・明らかにパーソナリティ障害に起因するうつ病の患者
・その他研究者が不適切と判断した患者

-Patients with depression apparently due to personality disorder

収集したデータについて、日内変動や概日リズム等を特徴づける高次・微細変動を深層学習や転移学習、データ拡張といった最新の機械学習の手法を用いて分析し、病態の特徴づけの可能性について検討・評価を行う。

The collected data will be analyzed for higher- and finer-order fluctuations that characterize diurnal variation and circadian rhythms using the latest machine learning methods such as deep learning, transfer learning, and data expansion, and the possibility of characterizing pathological conditions will be examined and evaluated.
