慢性肝疾患患者（慢性肝炎、肝硬変、非代償性肝硬変含む）背景肝は問わない
20歳以上
通常外来診察または入院時に腰椎L3を含む腹部CT検査（単純、造影は問わない）を施行する患者

CTを施行した患者において筋肉量の測定を行い、サルコペニアの診断を行う。また、サルコペニア診断に必要な第3腰椎レベルの筋肉量は、解析用のパソコンに組み込まれている専用ソフトを利用し解析する。サルコペニアの診断は日本肝臓学会が提唱するサルコペニアの判定基準（第１版）を用いる。

CT will be used to measure muscle mass and diagnose sarcopenia. In addition, the muscle mass at the third lumbar vertebra level required for sarcopenia diagnosis from the abdominal CT image is analyzed using the software built into the computer for analysis. For the diagnosis of sarcopenia, the criteria for sarcopenia (1st edition) proposed by the Japanese Society of Hepatology are used.
