本研究は、獨協医科大学病院の初期臨床研修中の医師および獨協医科大学病院総合診療科医師が心臓病診察シミュレーターを用い下記評価を行うことで、それぞれの正答率を比較し電子聴診器とオンライン診療システムによるリアルタイム遠隔聴診における生体音図の有用性を検討することを目的とする。
・電子聴診器を用いたリアルタイム遠隔聴診（遠隔聴診群）
・電子聴診器を用いたリアルタイム遠隔聴診と生体音図の判読（遠隔聴診＋生体音図群）

遠隔聴診＋生体音図群(介入群)では、MEMS CORE株式会社、電子聴診器JPES-01、株式会社スマートゲート製スマートキュア、株式会社BioCMOS製無線モジュールを用いる遠隔聴診に加えて、株式会社BioCMOS製WavePlotを用いる。

Remote auscultation + phonocardiogram group (intervention group) will have all session using an electronic stethoscope (JPES-01, MEMS CORE Co., Ltd.), a wireless module for electronic stethoscope option (BioCMOS Co., Ltd.), and an online medical care program (Smart Cure, Smart Gate Inc.) with phonocardiogram application, WavePlot (BioCMOS Co., Ltd.).
