声門上器具を用いて気道を確保し、レミフェンタニルを投与すると換気障害が生ずることがある。2種の吸入麻酔薬（セボフルラン、デスフルラン）によって、換気障害の発生率の差を後方視的に比較する。

Ventilatory impairment sometimes occurs when a supraglottic device is used to maintain the airway of a patient and remifentanil is administered. The difference in the incidence of ventilatory impairment is compared retrospectively between two inhalation anesthetics (sevoflurane, desflurane).

大腿骨骨折の観血的手術を受ける患者

声門上器具で気道確保を行う。

大腿神経ブロックなどの末梢神経ブロックを併用した患者。

Patient undergoing surgery for a femoral fracture

Airway is secured with supraglottic devices.

Patients who were treated with peripheral nerve block such as femoral nerve block.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
術前の誤嚥や呼吸器系合併症、気道確保困難により、気管挿管を行われたもの

凝固異常や局所感染のため、神経ブロックが行えなかった患者。


大腿骨以外の手術も同時に受けた患者

Tracheal intubation was performed due to preoperative aspiration, respiratory complications, or difficulty in airway managements.

Patients who cannot undergo nerve block because of coagulation abnormalities or local infection.
