3)患者本人から文書による同意が得られた症例

2) The first hospitalization for blood glucose management
3) Patients with the written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)インスリンを使用している症例
2)ステロイド使用中の症例
3)妊婦または授乳中の患者
4)活動性担癌患者
5)その他、試験責任（分担）医師が被験者として不適当と判断した患者

3) Pregnant or lactating woman
4) Patients with malignant tumor currently undergoing treatment
