テレワークを行う労働者を対象とした身体活動を向上するための３か月間のオンライン型健康教育プログラムを開発する。また、プログラムを用いて、ランダム化比較試験（RCT）を実施し、その介入効果を明らかする。

The aim is to develop a three-month online health education program for teleworking workers to increase physical activity. In addition, a randomized controlled trial (RCT) will be conducted using the program to clarify the effect of the intervention.

中止理由
プロトコルの修正が必要との指摘があり、内容を見直すために一度倫理審査申請を取り下げた。
倫理審査承認前の申請時に登録していたため、倫理委員会による承認日は仮の日付を入力した。

現在、プロトコルを修正し、あらためて倫理審査に新規申請しているが、研究デザインをクラスターRCTに変更する等、課題名も変更となるため、
本研究は「研究中止」とする。

Reason for cancellation:
It was pointed out that the protocol needed to be revised, so the ethical review application was temporarily withdrawn in order to review the content.
Because the application was registered before ethical review approval, a provisional date was entered as the date of approval by the ethics committee.

We are currently revising the protocol and submitting a new application for ethical review, but the research design will be changed to a cluster RCT and the title of the project will also be changed.
This research will be "research discontinued."
