BMI 24 以上の者を対象に、バナナを毎日2本、１か月間摂取することによる内臓脂肪面積、血液中の炎症性マーカーに及ぼす影響についてランダム化並行群間比較試験にて検討する。

バナナ2本（可食部約120g）を4週間毎日、時間指定せず夜20時までに摂取する。
また、通常の食事時間には制限を設けない。

Ingest 2 bananas (about 120g of edible portion) every day for 4 weeks by 20:00 at non-specified time.
There are no restrictions on the usual meal time.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.本研究の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け､同意能力があり､十分に理解した上で自由意思により志願し、文書で参加に同意した方
2.同意取得時の年齢が21歳以上44歳未満の日本人男女
3.同意取得時のBMIが24以上の方

1.Persons who received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and contents of the exam, have the capacity to consent, applied with free will with sufficient understanding, and agreed to participate with a written document
2.Healthy Japanese who are 21 years old or more and under 44 years old at the time of obtaining consent
3.Persons who have BMI of 24 or more at the time of obtaining consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.現在、何らかの疾患を患い、治療が必要と試験責任医師に判断された方
2.高度の貧血がある方
3.妊娠している方、授乳中の方、妊活中の方
4.試験食品含有成分にアレルギー症状を起こす恐れのある方
5.アルコール依存症、又はその他の精神障害を有する方
6.喫煙習慣のある方、禁煙してから10年未満の方
7.試験期間中、生活習慣を変更する可能性のある方（夜間勤務、長期の旅行など)
8.試験期間中、花粉症など季節性アレルギー症状を発症する恐れがある方
9.保健機能食品やサプリメント食品類を新たに試験期間中に摂取予定のある方
10.過去6ヶ月以内にホルモン補充療法を受けた方
11.過去6ヶ月以内に入院を伴う治療を受けた方
12.現在、他ヒト臨床試験に参加している方、他ヒト臨床試験参加後、3ヶ月 間が経過していない方、あるいは本研究同意後に他の試験に参加する予定のある方
13.その他、なんらかの疾病に罹患しているなど、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適当と判断した方

1.Persons who are currently suffering from some kind of disease and are judged by the investigator to need treatment
2.Persons with severe anemia
3.Pregnant, lactating, pregnant
4.Persons who may cause allergic symptoms to the ingredients contained in the test food
5.Persons with alcoholism or other mental disorders
6.Persons who have a smoking habit, those who have quit smoking for less than 10 year
7. Persons who may change their lifestyle during the examination period (night shift, long trip, etc.)
8.Persons who may develop seasonal allergic symptoms such as pollinosis during the test period
9.Persons who plan to take new health foods and supplement foods during the examination period
10.Persons who have received hormone replacement therapy within the past 6 months
11.Persons who have been treated with hospitalization within the past 6 months
12.Persons who participate in other clinical studies or participated in the last 3 months or plan to participate in other clinical studies.
13.Persons who are judged by the investigator to be inappropriate for this study.
