本研究は、電子健康記録（EHR：Electronic Health Record）データベースにおける構造化・非構造化データを利活用するための方法論的アプローチを検討することが目的である。なお、本研究は、医療情報科学の分野における新たな知見を得ることを目的とする学術研究活動として実施されるものである。

解析対象者の範囲
対象データ期間内に宮崎大学医学部附属病院に通院または入院中の患者において、下記
の疾患を診断された患者を解析対象者とした。
1 濾胞性リンパ腫 (ICD-10コード:C82)
2 びまん性大細胞型B細胞性リンパ腫 (ICD-10コード:C833)

「非構造化データ」の「非定型抽出」は「理由・結果」「意図・態度」「その他(非特定構造)」に分類できた。

Among patients who were outpatients or hospitalized at the University of Miyazaki Hospital during the target data period, the following
Patients diagnosed with the disease were analyzed.
1 Follicular lymphoma (ICD-10 code: C82)
2 Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (ICD-10 code: C833)

Atypical extraction of unstructured data could be classified into "reason/result", intention/attitude, and others (non-specific structure).

1.医学研究に必要となる医療情報の所在を特定する
