選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 喀痰培養や遺伝子検査（LAMP法）、尿中抗原検査によってレジオネラ症と診断された症例
(2) 主治医により、高熱、乾性咳嗽、低ナトリウム血症、LDH高値、CRP高値、血小板減少などの所見から疑われ、かつ他の原因微生物による肺炎を除外し、レジオネラ症に対する治療を開始された疑い症例

(1) Cases diagnosed as Legionnaires' disease by sputum culture, genetic test (LAMP method), or urine antigen test
(2) Suspected cases who are suspected by the attending physician based on findings such as high fever, dry cough, hyponatremia, high LDH, high CRP, and thrombocytopenia, and who have been started on treatment for Legionnaires' disease after excluding pneumonia caused by other microorganisms.
