・下肢の整形外科的疾患のない者
・脳神経系，呼吸循環器系疾患の既往がなく，少し息の上がる運動を問題なく行える者

英語
･No history of lower-extremity disease
･No history of cerebral neurological or cardiorespiratory disease and able to perform moderate intensity exercise

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・代謝系，脳疾患系，または呼吸循環器系の疾患があり，医師から中程度の運動を禁止されている者
・ペースメーカーを装着している者

･Individuals metabolic, cerebral neurological and cardiorespiratory disease and prohibited moderate exercise by doctor
･Individuals with magnetic device such as cardiac pacemaker

等尺性膝伸展による間欠的漸増運動時の外側広筋における血流は，40％MVC強度までは運動強度の上昇に伴い増加したが，50％MVC以上の強度では定常に達した．

Intramuscular blood flow within the vastus lateralis increased up to 40% of maximal voluntary contraction and reached a plateau at 50% MVC during intermittent and incremental isometric knee extension.
