選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1)20歳以上85歳以下の患者
2)臨床診断あるいは病理学的診断で表在性食道癌と診断された患者
3)本研究の参加にあたり、十分な説明を受けた後に、十分な理解の上に、本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られた患者

1)Between 20 and 85 years of age
2)Patients with a clinical or pathological diagnosis of superficial esophageal cancer
3)Written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 臨床的に転移を認めている患者
2. 分割切除され、適正な病理評価が行えない患者
3. 内視鏡切除により癌が明らかに遺残している病変や遺残部分を焼灼等で治療した患者
4. 内視鏡切除後の組織所見で深部断端が陽性もしくは判定不能の患者
5. 内視鏡切除後に追加治療として放射線治療や全身化学療法を行った患者
6. 既往に放射線治療や全身化学療法が施行された患者
7. 頭頚部、食道、胃の外科手術既往のある患者
8. 根治治療ができない他臓器癌を合併している患者
9. その他、研究責任者、研究分担者が不適切と判断した患者

4)Patients with Positive or indifinite for vertical margin
5)Patients treated with radiotherapy or systemic chemotherapy after endoscopic resection
6)Patients with previous radiotherapy or chemotherapy
7)Patients with past history of cervical Surgery or esophagectomy or gastrectomy
8)Patients with non curative cancer in other organs
