目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
糖尿病治療薬SGLT2の合併症にケトアシドーシスがあり、3日前に中止が推奨されている。一方、SGLT2は心不全の治療薬でもあるため、循環動態維持には直前までの投与が望ましい。ただ実際にどれほどの割合でケトアシドーシスが出現しているかは定かでない。SGLT2阻害薬を内服している患者さんのケトアシドーシスの出現を調査する。

To examine associations between taking SGLT2 inhibitors and postoperative ketoacidosis among the surgical patients. To avoid postoperative ketoacidosis, SGLT2 inhibitors is recommend to stop 3 days before operation from the view point of diabetes. However, for heart failure, SGLT2 inhibitor is a diuretic and it should be continued immediately before surgery. We examined prevalence of ketoacidosis among the postoperative patients taking SGLT2 inhibitor.

1)　術後General ICUで術後管理をされた患者のうち、術前にSGLT2阻害薬を内服していた患者すべて
２）18歳以上の患者。

1) Surgical patients taking oral SGLT2 inhibitors and postoperative care in our general ICU
2) Surgical patients aged over 18.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)　SGLT2阻害薬を内服していない患者
2) 　緊急手術患者
3)研究者が調査対象として不適切と判断した患者
