In those cases who were suspected as certain hereditary diseases, though they have not been definitely diagnosed by routine genetic testing conducted at clinical laboratories, we will conduct additional analyses to validate the pathogenicity and prove their usefulness.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

患者（遺伝子検査を受けた当事者）
①外部受託検査で通常のDNA解析では確定診断に至らなかった症例。
②原則として20歳以上の成人を対象とする。
③本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた方

患者の血縁者
①上記患者の第１度あるいは第２度近親者
②原則として20歳以上の成人を対象とする。
③本研究への参加にあたり本研究の説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思による文書同意書が得られた方

1)who were not able to obtained difinite diagnosis by routine genetic testing
2)20 years old or above in principle
3)after receiving enough explanation of the research, they fully understand this and provide IC.
