●BMI　25.0　以上
●体脂肪　
男性:15.0～24.9　%　
　女性:25.0～34.9　%
2. 文書により自発的な試験参加の同意が得られる者

1.Person who meet either or both of the following conditions, and who meet similar conditions
-BMI>=25.0
-Body fat
Male:15.0-24.9%
Famale:25.0-34.9%
2.Persons who can voluntarily consent to participate in the study by consent form

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.日常的に不規則な食生活を送っている者（欠食が多い、極度の偏食などがない）
2.身体および他の理由で試験期間中に指定のウォーキング、ストレッチ、筋力トレーニングを継続的に実施することができない者
3.試験期間中、食事生活と生活習慣を変更する可能性のある者（長期の旅行など）
4.試験食品に食品アレルギー症状を起こす恐れのある方、また、その他食品、医薬品に重篤なアレルギー症状を起こす恐れのある者
5.治療中の疾患がある者、あるいは投薬治療を必要とした重篤な疾患既往症を有する者
6.事前検査の臨床検査値および測定値から被験者として不適当と判断される者
7.他の食品の摂取や薬剤を使用する試験に参加中の者
8.妊娠、授乳中あるいは研究期間中に妊娠、授乳の意思がある者
9.かかりつけの医師などが被験者として不適当と判断した者

1.Person who have an irregular diet on a daily basis (eg, there are many shortages and no extremely unbalanced diet)
2.Person who cannot continuously perform the designated exercise (walking, stretching, and strength training) due to physical condition and other reason on the study period.
3.People who may change their eating habits and lifestyle on the study period (eg, long-term travel.)
4.Person who may have food allergic symptoms to the test food, and those who may have serious allergic symptoms to other foods and pharmaceuticals.
5.Person who have a disease under treatment or who have a history of serious illness requiring medication
6.Person who are judged to be inappropriate by preliminary inspection.
7.Person who are participating in other tests that take foods or use drugs
8.Person who are pregnant, breastfeeding or willing to breastfeed on the study period.
9.Person who is judged by his/her doctor to be inappropriate as a subject
