選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①登録時において年齢が20歳以上
②左室機能が保たれている（左室駆出率50%以上）
③左房拡大を認める（左房容積係数 男性38 mL/m2以上、女性41 mL/m2以上。ただし左房容積係数が図
られていない場合は左房径 男性40 mm以上、女性 37 mm以上）
④中等度以上の僧帽弁逆流症を認める

1-Age 20 years or older at the time of enrollment
2-Preserved left ventricular function (left ventricular ejection fraction of 50% or more)
3-Left atrial enlargement (left atrial volume index of 38 mL/m2 or more for men and 41 mL/m2 or more for women. However, if the left atrial volume index is not shown, left atrial diameter of 40mm or more for men and 37mm or more for women)
4-Moderate or severe mitral regurgitation

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①僧帽弁弁尖に器質性の変化（リウマチ性変化、逸脱症、腱索断裂、感染性心内膜炎、放射線性変化、
高度の石灰化、先天性形態異常など）を認める症例
②僧帽弁収縮期前方運動（SAM）によるMRを呈している症例
③卵円孔開存を除く、先天性心疾患を有する症例
④機械的循環補助装置を使用している症例
⑤僧帽弁手術、心移植後の症例
⑥心不全急性期の症例
⑦その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した方

1.Patients with organic changes in mitral valve leaflets, i.e. rheumatic changes, prolapse, chordae rupture, infective endocarditis, radiation changes, severe calcification, congenital morphological abnormalities, etc.
2.MR due to mitral valve systolic anterior motion3.Patients with congenital heart disease except for those with a patent foramen ovale
4.Patients with mechanical circulatory assist device
5.Patients with history of mitral valve surgery or heart transplantation
6.Patients with acute heart failure
7.Others who are judged to be inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator
