目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究では早期膵癌の疑い例を効率よく拾い上げ、かつ検診へ導入可能な画像診断技術を開発し、根治可能な膵癌の診断システムを確立することを目的とする。具体的には、多機関共同研究で収集した画像デーを用い、①放射線被曝量が比較的少なく汎用性の高い単純CTを用いた画像診断AIアルゴリズムの開発を行う。さらに、②複数の検診施設において同画像診断AIアルゴリズムの有用性の検証を行う。

In this study, we propose the following two goals to develop diagnostic imaging technology that can efficiently pick up suspicions of early-stage pancreatic cancer and introduce it into screening, and to establish a curable pancreatic cancer diagnostic system.

1.2014年1月1日から2022年12月31日までの期間に神戸大学ならびに共同研究施設で、膵癌であると診断された患者。
2.2014年1月1日から2022年12月31日までの期間に神戸大学ならびに共同研究施設で、膵癌でないと診断された患者。

1. Patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at Kobe University Hospital and the collaborating research institutions between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2022
2. Patients diagnosed with non-pancreatic cancer at Kobe University Hospital and the collaborating research institutions between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2022

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.研究不参加を表明した患者
2.CT撮像を行わなかった患者
3.膵臓の手術歴のある患者
