水温を25℃と40℃に設定する。

水道水にCO2を溶け込ませ、徐々に炭酸泉濃度を高める。炭酸泉濃度は1000 ppm程度まで上昇させる。

Dissolve CO2 in the tap water and gradually increase the concentration of carbonated water. The concentration of carbonated water is increased to about 1000 ppm.

主な結果/Results

日本語
浸漬中は、炭酸泉濃度に関係なく皮膚血流量が水温40℃条件で水温25℃条件よりも有意に高値を示した。二酸化炭素濃度に対して皮膚血流量をプロットし、直線回帰分析を行った結果、回帰直線の傾きは水温40℃条件で0.277±0.210 %/ppm、水温25℃条件で0.046±0.039 %/ppmであり、条件間で有意差が認められた。
