本研究は，脳卒中片麻痺患者の加速度計から得た上肢活動量の測定値と，運動麻痺の重症度による分布特性を明らかにすることを目的とする．

The purpose of this study is to clarify the measurements of upper limb activity obtained from accelerometers in hemiplegic stroke patients and the distribution characteristics according to the severity of motor paralysis.

脳血管障害または頭部外傷などの脳損傷によって片麻痺を呈し，各評価バッテリーの実施が可能な言語能力または意思疎通能力を有する者

Patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral vascular disease or brain injury such as head trauma, and who have the language or communication ability to perform each evaluation battery.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

上肢骨折などの上肢関連疾患や，意識障害や重篤な心疾患を合併する者

Patients with upper extremity-related diseases such as upper extremity fracture, consciousness disorder, or serious cardiac disease.

研究デザイン：横断研究
対象者の募集方法：回復期入院中の脳卒中片麻痺患者で，上肢関連疾患や重篤な心疾患を合併しない者
測定項目：加速度計から得た値から算出されるBilateral magnitudeおよびMagnitude RatioとFMAを用いる

Method of recruitment: Hemiplegic stroke patients who are hospitalized in the recovery phase and who do not have upper limb related diseases or serious cardiac diseases
Measurements: Bilateral magnitude and magnitude ratio calculated from the values obtained from the accelerometer and FMA
