主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

下肢周径（5カ所：第1～第5中足骨頭を通る足部、外果・内果を通る足関節部、腓骨等の下5ｃｍの下腿、膝蓋骨上方10cmの大腿、大転子を通る大腿）
介入/コントロール期間の前後に測定する。また、毎回の施術の前後に測定する。

Lower limb circumference (five circumference measurements: from the head of the first metatarsal to head of the fifth metatarsal; at the ankle, from the lateral to medial malleolus; 5 cm below head of the fibula; 10 cm above the top of the patella; and at the thigh, at the point of the greater trochanter)
We measure before and after the intervention/control duration, and also measure before and after each session.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

1) 生活の質の評価：自記式質問紙である日本語版LYMQOL（Quality of Life Measurement for Limb Lymphedema）を用いて測定する。
2) 静脈の血流速度：双方向血流計を用いて、大伏在静脈の血流速度を測定する。
介入/コントロール期間の前後に測定する。

1) Quality of life, measured using a self-administered questionnaire, the Japanese version of Quality of Life Measurement for Limb Lymphedema (J-LYMQOL).
2) Blood flow velocity in the great saphenous vein, measured using a bidirectional vascular Doppler.
We measure before and after the intervention/control duration.

あん摩マッサージ治療 ＋ リンパ浮腫の通常ケア（弾性ストッキングの装着）：
60分間の全身のあん摩マッサージ施術を毎週1回、6週間継続する（合計6回）。施術はリンパ浮腫に対応させて作成したあん摩マッサージ専門プロトコルに従って行う。

Anma massage therapy + usual care for lymphedema (wearing an elastic stocking): A 60-min whole-body anma massage session administered once a week for 6 weeks (6 sessions in total). Sessions are followed by our anma massage protocol modified specifically for lymphedema.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
婦人科がんと診断されて医療における標準治療を終了した後、続発性リンパ浮腫を呈した人

Diagnosis of gynecologic cancer and completion of standard medical treatment, with subsequent development of lymphedema

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) がんの標準治療を終了しておらず、化学療法および放射線療法中である人
2) 下肢に炎症（蜂窩織炎、リンパ管炎、急性皮膚炎など）のある人
3) 深部静脈血栓症のある人
4) 重症心疾患のある人
5) その他、あん摩マッサージ指圧の適応と思われない状況・疾患（高度の認知症、重症腎疾患、炎症性疾患等）がある人
6) 研究協力者である医師が参加を認めない人

英語
1) Not completed standard medical treatment or currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
2) Inflammatory disorder of the lower limb, such as cellulitis, lymphangitis, and acute dermatitis
3) Deep vein thrombosis
4) Serious cardiac disease
5) Other disease that contraindicates anma massage therapy, such as severe dementia, severe kidney disease, and inflammatory disorder in other organs
6) Deemed ineligible to participate this study by a medical doctor (Research Collaborator)
