1. 簡易SASモニターでAHIが5以上の者
2. 同意取得時に、年齢が18歳以上の者
3. 対象者本人から本研究に対して文書による同意が得られている者
4．日本のモバイルメッセンジャーアプリケーションであるLINEアプリケーションが利用可能な方

1. AHI of 5 or higher on a simple SAS monitor
2. At least 18 years of age at the time of consent
3. Obtained written consent for this study from the subject him/herself
4. LINE application, a Japanese mobile messenger application

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 口腔体操が困難と考えられる舌の異常を有する者
2. 研究担当者が本研究の対象として不適当と判断する者
3. 欧米人
4．睡眠時無呼吸に対して口腔体操、減量、口腔内装具、CPAP治療などを行っている者

1. Tongue abnormality that makes oral exercises difficult
2. Persons who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for this study.
3. People from Europe and North America
4. Performing oral exercises, weight loss, oral appliances, CPAP therapy, etc. for sleep apnea
