本研究では、①本研究チームが保有する既存の乳幼児と母親の腸内細菌叢データベースを拡充し、②菌叢と食生活習慣、および身体生理・認知・行動特性との関連を検証し、③乳幼児の身体・精神の健康改善と発達支援、および親に対する育児支援サービスを開発する、ことを目的とする。

This study aims to explore following points. (1) Expanding the database about gut microbiome of children and their mothers owned by our research team. (2) Examine the relationship between gut microbiome and dietary habits, as well as physical physiology, cognition, and behavioral characteristics. (3) Design services that support the improvement of physical and mental health for children and their parents.

Children (2 months to 6 years old) attending kindergartens (nursery schools, kindergartens, or preschools) and their primary caregivers (mothers or fathers living together)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・精神疾患や身体疾患により通院している養育者
・染色体異常を有するなど重度の発達障害のリスクを有する乳幼児
・日本語で研究内容の理解や質問紙に回答できない養育者

Caregivers who are receiving outpatient treatment for mental or physical illnesses
Children at risk of severe developmental disorders such as chromosomal abnormalities
Parents who are unable to understand the research content or answer the questionnaire in Japanese

京都大学 教育学研究科 明和研究室宛に研究協力の承諾を得た園・教室において、1年に1回研究協力者を募集し、研究対象者を登録する。2年目以降も同様に募集・登録手続き行う。ただし、複数年参加者については、同じIDで管理することとする。

We recruit and register research subjects once a year in kindergartens that have received consent for research cooperation from the Meiwa Laboratory of the Graduate School of Education, Kyoto University. Recruitment and registration procedures will be carried out in the same manner from the second year onwards.
However, participants for multiple years will be managed using the same ID.
