看護師経験3年以上、またはラダーレベルⅢ以上の対象も含めて採用することとした。

pubMedおよびCINAHLで検索される文献で看護師の他の職種が含まれる場合、看護師が主たる内容であれば採用する。

It was decided to adopt including those with ladder level 3 or higher.

If the literature searched on pubMed and CINAHL includes other occupations of nurses, we will include them if nurses are the main subject.
