目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本邦における卵巣成熟奇形腫由来の卵巣がんについて調査研究を行い、患者背景、腫瘍の特徴、治療内容、予後などの実態を把握する。また、現在行われている、JGOG3029試験におけるペムブロリズマブ療法の治療効果を比較するための、ヒストリカルコホートとして利用する。さらに、今後卵巣成熟奇形腫由来の卵巣がんに対して、前向き臨床試験を計画する際の有用な情報とする。

To confirm the current status of ovarian cancer originating from ovarian mature teratoma in Japan, we will investigate the clinical backgrounds of patients, tumor characteristics, treatment details, and prognosis.
It will also serve as a historical cohort for comparing the therapeutic efficacy of pembrolizumab therapy in the ongoing JGOG 3029 trial. Additionally, this information will be valuable in designing future prospective clinical trials focusing on ovarian cancer arising from ovarian mature teratoma.

2013年7月から 2023年6月までの10年間に卵巣成熟奇形腫から発生した悪性腫瘍と組織学的診断が確定している症例。

Cases with a confirmed histological diagnosis of malignancy arising from ovarian mature teratoma during the 10-year period from July 2013 to June 2023.

本人、家族がオプトアウトに対して明確な拒否の意思を示しているもの。データ取得困難など、研究分担者が適正でないと考えるもの。
