目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
弁膜症カテーテル治療の全身麻酔管理の維持に用いる麻酔薬である揮発性吸入麻酔薬(セボフルラン、デスフルラン)と静脈麻酔薬（プロポフォール、レミマゾラム）の循環動態への影響を比較し、最も循環抑制が少なく弁膜症カテーテル治療に適した麻酔薬を調査する。

We compared the effects on hemodynamics of volatile inhalation anesthetics (sevoflurane, desflurane) and intravenous anesthetics (propofol, remimazolam), which are anesthetics used to maintain general anesthesia management for catheter treatment of valvular heart disease, and found that the effect on hemodynamics was the least circulatory depression. To investigate suitable anesthetics for catheter treatment of valvular heart disease.
