1. Prospective registration of approximately 500 patients with MCI
2. All Patients undergo baseline brain perfusion SPECT and clinical/cognitive assessments.
3. All Patients will undergo clinical/cognitive assessments every year, and brain perfusion SPECT occasionally.
4. Patients with MCI will be followed for 3 years, or till the end point.
5. Calculation of the diagnostic ability of baseline SPECT to predict the conversion from MCI to AD after 3 years
