Cognitive training (6 months) following by general occupational therapy (6 months).
Intervention patients receive two session per week. Each session is 30 min.

Elderly persons who receive day care more than twice a week and be able to take part in cognitive training and general occupational therapy will be recruited.
MMSE score is less than 15.
